White-label partner program for agencies

Run revenue ops for your clients,
under your brand.

grobot is a full revenue operations platform, and agencies run it for their clients as their own product. Prospecting, enrichment, LinkedIn and email outreach, one inbox, pipeline, and documents with e-sign, rebranded with your logo and domain, with a separate workspace for every client. You own the relationship and the price. We run the platform.

What your clients get, under your name

The whole revenue operation, not an outreach add-on

One revenue operation

Every stage, one system

Every client workspace runs the whole operation: list building, outreach, replies, pipeline, and content on one record. You run all of them from one seat.

How it works

From your brand to your client's signed deal

Step one

Brand it and add clients

Your logo, your colors, your domain. Every client gets a separate workspace with their own contacts, campaigns, inbox, and pipeline. Your team sees all of them from one seat.

Step two

Launch each client's revenue operation

Build the list from our data or theirs, and the enrichment waterfall fills in decision makers with verified emails. Ezra writes personalized LinkedIn and email sequences in the client's voice, warmed up so they land in the inbox.

Step three

Run every client's pipeline from one seat

Replies land in each client's inbox with Ezra drafting the response. Meetings land on the client's calendar, deals move through their pipeline, and proposals go out for e-sign. You report on all of it under your name.

Your cost is $67 per license with a 10-license minimum, so $670 a month to start. That is the only number we set. What your clients pay is your call, and the spread is yours. Below is what client workspaces on this platform have produced.

Margin = licenses, times your price, minus licenses times $67. The $197 is only a worked example; we do not set your client price. At your settings that is $15,600 a year on the platform alone, before any management retainer you charge on top.

What your agency stops paying for

One platform replaces the agency stack

Most agencies run client revenue on a pile of per-client subscriptions and a client portal on top. Bought on their own, the tools below run into the thousands a month for a single client. Tick the ones you pay for today.

Published starting rates for one user, billed monthly (Sept 2026). One partner license covers the same jobs for $67.

Questions

Straight answers

What does white-label actually mean here?
The platform runs under your logo, colors, and domain, with a separate workspace for each client. Your clients log in to your product. grobot does not appear on the login, in the app, or on any invoice they see. You own the relationship, the pricing, and the renewal.
How does the 10-seat minimum work?
You start with ten licenses at $67 each, so $670 a month, and spread them across as many clients as you like. A client with three users takes three seats. Add seats any time as your book grows. Month to month, no annual contract.
Can I set my own pricing and bundle it with services?
Yes. $67 is your wholesale cost. Most partners charge clients a per-seat platform fee plus a management retainer for running the revenue operation. Use the calculator above to see the platform margin alone. Whatever you charge on top is yours.
Who supports my clients?
You do, under your brand, and we support you. Partner onboarding trains your team on the platform, and you get a direct line to us for anything technical. Your clients never need to talk to grobot.
Is this just outreach, or the whole operation?
The whole operation. Every client workspace includes prospect data and enrichment, intent scoring, LinkedIn and email outreach with warmup, a unified inbox with AI replies, pipeline and deal tracking, content, and documents with e-sign. You can sell it as a revenue operations service, not a lead-gen add-on.
What about SMS or phone calls?
The platform is built for B2B revenue operations, not SMS blasts. Outreach runs on LinkedIn and email, replies land in one inbox, and each client connects their own Calendly so booked meetings land on their calendar.
Do I need technical staff?
No. Branding, client workspaces, and campaign setup are all handled in the app. If your team can run a CRM, they can run this.
