Revenue operations, built by a broker for brokers

What if your whole book
ran from one login?

Built by a working broker. Know every employer's renewal date, reach the decision maker before the incumbent does, and run the whole book from one login.

The problem

Your book lives in seven tools that do not know each other

One employer group. Seven places it lives. Two renewal dates on file, and they do not match.

One revenue operation

Every stage, one system

Employer lists, outreach, replies, pipeline through renewal, and proposals stop being separate tools with separate bills. They run as one system, on one record, for the whole book.

How it works

From Form 5500 to signed BOR

1
Step one

Build the employer list

BenefitsIQ pulls employers straight from Form 5500 filings, by size, funding type, carrier, and renewal month. The enrichment waterfall fills in the HR and finance decision makers with verified work emails.

AI writes and sends

Personalized LinkedIn and email sequences go out on your ICP, warmed up so they land in the inbox instead of spam.

Most companies your size are still fully insured, so every renewal increase comes straight out of your budget and you never see the claims data. A level-funded plan caps the downside and refunds what your team does not spend

Step three

You run the deal through renewal

Replies route into one inbox and Ezra drafts your responses. The meeting lands on your connected Calendly, the group moves through your pipeline, and the proposal and BOR go out for e-sign from the same login.

Questions

Straight answers

What is the difference between the plans?
Spark ($97/mo) is the full revenue operation and a starter campaign, self-driven. Launch ($597/mo) is done with you: a virtual VA handles campaign creation, copywriting, reply management, and coordinates meetings right on your calendar. Scale ($997/mo) includes everything in Launch plus a LinkedIn content strategy curated for you or your firm, with up to 8 curated posts a month. Every level runs the same platform: 5500 prospecting, enrichment, LinkedIn and email, one inbox, pipeline, and documents with e-sign.
Will the $97 Spark price go up?
Not for you. Spark's $97/mo is a limited-time lifetime rate. Start now and it stays locked for as long as you keep your account, even when the standard price returns to $295 and climbs from there. New accounts after this window pay full price.
What about SMS or phone calls?
Command Center is built for employer-facing revenue operations, not SMS blasts. Outreach runs on LinkedIn and email, replies land in one inbox, and it connects to your Calendly so booked meetings land on your calendar.
Does this replace my 5500 data subscription?
Yes. BenefitsIQ is built on Form 5500 filings, so employer prospecting by size, funding type, carrier, and renewal month is part of every plan. Most brokers cancel MiEdge, Mployer Advisor, or Judy Diamond in the first month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month to month, no contract.

Pick the level that fits, start this week

Most brokers start with Launch. If you would rather run the operation yourself, Spark is $97 a month.
