What grobot Command Center Does, and What It Does Not

grobot Command Center is a revenue operations platform: one workspace covering prospecting and enrichment, LinkedIn and email outreach, a unified inbox with AI replies, pipeline and deal management, content, and documents with e-signature.

What follows is written as though you are going to check, because vague replacement claims are how software gets bought badly and churned six months later.

The Modules

Prospecting and enrichment. Build a list, then resolve it into contactable records through a provider waterfall (each provider queried only for what the previous one missed) with verification at the end.

BenefitsIQ. Employer plan records derived from public Form 5500 filings, filterable by participant count, renewal month, carrier and incumbent broker. Built for group benefits producers, and the thing that replaces the 5500 research subscriptions outright.

Outreach. LinkedIn and email as one sequence rather than two tools, so the email branch waits on the LinkedIn outcome instead of a timer. Blitz handles the sending infrastructure underneath, domains, mailboxes, warmup, rotation, throttling.

Unibox and Ezra. Replies from LinkedIn, email and chat land in one inbox. Ezra drafts or autonomously answers the routine ones (pricing requests, routing questions, contract timing) and holds anything unusual for a person.

Pipeline. Deals and stages against the same contact records, so a LinkedIn conversation from March is on the record in August.

GroDoc. Documents and e-signature (proposals, broker of record letters) inside the same workspace, so a decided deal does not stall for two weeks on a PDF someone has to print.

White-label. The platform rebranded, with a separate workspace per client, for agency partners running revenue operations on behalf of their own clients.

What It Replaces Today

What It Partly Covers

CRM. We do pipeline and deal management well. We are not a full marketing suite, and if you need complex campaign management or deep marketing automation alongside your CRM, we do not replace that.

E-signature. GroDoc handles documents and signatures. It does not collect payments, and we do not claim otherwise.

Enrichment orchestration. We run a waterfall; we are not an arbitrary data orchestration tool in the Clay mould. If you want to build custom multi-step data workflows with your own API calls, that is a different product.

What It Does Not Do

Agency management systems. Vertafore, Applied, policy administration and commissions accounting. That is roadmap, approached first through the Partner API. If you need one today, keep it.

We also do not offer SMS or voice as active outbound channels, or retargeting and display advertising, or a native calendar scheduler. Some of those exist partially in the build; none of them are things we will sell you on.

How It Is Priced

Per seat, with credits for AI actions, verifications and enrichments. Sends (email and LinkedIn) are included in the license and are never metered. If a vendor in this category prices per send, that vendor is aligned with your volume rather than your results.

Agency partners are $67 per license with a ten-seat minimum, which is a wholesale rate you mark up and keep the spread on.

Who It Is Actually For

Three groups. B2B revenue teams running their own outbound and pipeline. Group benefits producers, where BenefitsIQ is a genuine differentiator rather than a feature. And white-label agency partners running the motion for their clients under their own brand.

If you are an enterprise with an existing Salesforce build, a marketing automation platform and a data team, we are probably not the right consolidation. The case for us is strongest where the eight-tool stack is being held together by one person and a spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions

What does grobot Command Center replace?

Today it replaces sales engagement tools like Outreach and Salesloft, cold email infrastructure like Instantly and Smartlead, contact data subscriptions, proposal tools like PandaDoc, social scheduling, Zapier-style workflow automation for revenue workflows, and (for benefits brokers) the Form 5500 research tools.

Does grobot replace my CRM?

Partly. We do pipeline and deal management, not a full marketing suite. If you need complex campaign management or deep marketing automation alongside your CRM, we do not replace that part.

How is grobot priced?

Per seat, with credits metering AI actions, verifications and enrichments. Email and LinkedIn sends are included in the license and never metered. Agency partners pay $67 per license with a ten-seat minimum.

Does grobot do SMS, voice or retargeting?

Not as active channels we will sell you on. We also do not offer a native calendar scheduler or payment collection, and agency management systems like Vertafore and Applied are roadmap rather than current capability.

Want to see it against your actual stack?

Send us your tool list and renewal dates. We will tell you what we replace, what we do not, and whether the migration is worth it.
