What does your sales stack really cost?
Most outbound teams pay for seven or eight tools and have never added up the bill. Tick the categories you pay for, set your seat count, and see the real monthly and annual number. Every price is the vendor's own published list price, verified September 2026.
How the math works
- One representative product per category, at the plan a solo operator or small team actually buys. Not the cheapest teaser tier, not enterprise.
- List prices from each vendor's public pricing page, checked September 2026. No negotiated discounts, no annual-prepay math.
- Per-seat products multiply by your seat count. Workspace plans (cold email sending, inbox warmup) stay flat, which understates the cost of bigger teams.
- Quote-only enterprise data platforms are excluded from the default. ZoomInfo contracts commonly start around $1,250 per month; if that is your data line, your true total is roughly four times this calculator's default.

The cost nobody invoices you for
The subscription total is the visible half. The invisible half is that these eight tools do not share a record: the person your LinkedIn tool touched is a stranger to your email tool, your CRM finds out about replies only when someone remembers to log them, and every handoff between tools is a place where a deal quietly dies. That is the actual argument for consolidation, and it is why we built grobot Command Center as one platform on one record: prospect data, LinkedIn and email outreach, one inbox with AI replies, pipeline, and documents with e-sign. If you sell employee benefits, the benefits agency edition adds Form 5500 employer prospecting on the same record.
Frequently asked questions
Where do these prices come from?
Every figure is the vendor's published list price for the named plan, checked against the vendor's own pricing page in September 2026. We use one representative product per category at a solo-operator tier, not the most expensive option, so the total stays conservative and defensible.
Why are ZoomInfo and 6sense not in the default stack?
Both are quote-only enterprise products, so there is no published list price to cite. ZoomInfo contracts commonly start around $1,250 per month. Leaving them out keeps the default total something you can verify line by line; if you pay for either, your real stack cost is far higher than this calculator shows.
Does grobot Command Center replace all eight categories?
Command Center runs LinkedIn automation, cold email sending and warmup, contact data, multi-channel sequencing, AI replies, intent scoring, pipeline and deal management, AI content, and documents with e-sign on one license. Most of these categories are full replacements today; CRM and Clay-style enrichment are partial replacements. It does not run SMS campaigns, outbound dialing, ads, or payment collection.
