What a B2B Sales Stack Costs in 2026, Priced Line by Line

We priced the standard eight-tool outbound stack from published vendor list prices. Solo, it is $398 a month. At three seats it passes $1,000. Here is every line, and the costs no invoice shows.

Most teams assemble their outbound stack one urgent purchase at a time: a LinkedIn tool when connection requests become the bottleneck, an email tool when the domain needs warmup, a data subscription when the lists run dry. Nobody ever adds up the bill, because no single invoice shows it.

So we added it up. One representative product per category, at the plan a solo operator actually buys, at the vendor’s published list price. Every figure below was checked against the vendor’s own pricing page in September 2026. You can rerun the math with your own tool selection in our free stack cost calculator, no signup.

The Eight Lines

Total for one person: $398 a month, $4,776 a year. That is the conservative number. It assumes you picked the mid-market option in every category and never once got upsold.

Why This Number Is Deliberately Low

Two categories were left out of the total on purpose. ZoomInfo and 6sense are quote-only, so there is no published list price to cite; ZoomInfo contracts commonly start around $1,250 a month. Teams that buy enterprise data are not paying $398 for their stack, they are paying north of $1,600. We excluded them so that every line in our total can be verified against a public pricing page, which is also why the number is worth citing.

The total also uses list prices with no annual-prepay discounts, because discounts vary and lapse, and the renewal quote is what you actually live with.

Seats Change Everything

The solo number understates what teams pay, because six of the eight lines bill per seat or per sender. Hold the two workspace plans flat and multiply the rest by three, and the same stack costs $1,042 a month, over $12,500 a year, for a three-person team. At ten seats it clears $3,200 a month before a single enterprise tool enters the picture.

This is the arithmetic behind most tool-consolidation decisions, and it is worth running before the renewal conversations start rather than after. Our guide to the revenue operations tech stack covers which categories actually need to be separate products.

The Costs No Invoice Shows

The subscription total is the visible half. The other half is operational, and it is usually bigger:

None of that appears in the $398, and all of it scales with headcount faster than the subscriptions do. What revenue operations means as a discipline is mostly the elimination of exactly this reconciliation work.

How to Use the Number

If you are budgeting: take the calculator, tick what you actually pay for, set your real seat count, and put the annual figure next to whatever consolidated platform you are evaluating. Compare like for like on the categories covered; our comparison library walks each competitor category by category.

If you are citing this: the methodology is one representative product per category, solo-operator plan, published list price, verified September 2026, quote-only enterprise tools excluded. Link the calculator so your readers can rerun it as prices move.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a B2B sales stack cost in 2026?

Priced from published vendor list prices, a typical eight-tool outbound stack costs $398 a month for one person: LinkedIn automation, cold email, warmup, data, intent scoring, CRM, proposals, and AI writing. At three seats, per-seat billing pushes the same stack past $1,000 a month.

Why exclude ZoomInfo and 6sense from the total?

Both are quote-only, so there is no published list price to cite, and including an estimate would make the total unverifiable. ZoomInfo contracts commonly start around $1,250 a month, so teams that buy enterprise data pay far more than the $398 baseline.

What does tool consolidation actually save?

The subscription delta is the smaller half. The larger saving is operational: one record instead of eight databases, no integrations to babysit, and reporting that does not require reconciling numbers across tools every week.

Are these prices negotiated or list?

List. No annual-prepay discounts, no negotiated rates, because discounts vary by deal and lapse at renewal. Every figure was checked against the vendor’s public pricing page in September 2026.
